Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Every day, we delivery to hundreds and thousands of customers across the world, making sure we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nudi Travel, please contact us info@nuditravel.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
  • International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
  • US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, in which you can track your order.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Due to the shipment being an international shipment, Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to info@nuditravel.com. If the case is deemed valid, Nudi Travel will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
